Manifest
A tribute to free spirits, frank gestures, and dreams that don't fit into boxes.
In 2019, COMMUNE DE PARIS suspended production. This suspension was neither an abandonment nor a renunciation, but a clear-eyed step back from the systemic excesses of the textile industry.
Overproduction, accelerated obsolescence, dilution of meaning: the warning signs were numerous. We needed to think differently before we reappeared.
Today, we return with a clarified vision, fueled by mature convictions. We return to build a project structured around a simple objective: to offer a conscious, accessible, and sophisticated wardrobe—one deeply rooted in reality.
This return is made in two voices. COMMUNE OF PARIS takes up the floor again with its roots, its history, its sobriety. And it welcomes within it a new entity, a complementary line: OUI FUTUR .

One vision, two expressions
COMMUNE DE PARIS continues to draw on the political and poetic imaginations of the 1871 Commune. A republican and popular memory, a vector of humanist values, collective dignity, and civic commitment. The brand maintains this stance: that of those who question, who construct, who do not abandon reflection in favor of the instant.
OUI FUTUR is a natural extension of our approach. A new voice within our brand. A unique brand, optimistic yet lucid, focused on images, words, and winks. It celebrates color, momentum, and sometimes irony. It explores graphics as windows onto the world—funny, sensitive, committed, or simply aesthetic. A sunny yet conscious project. Poetic, yet without naivety.
A rethought production logic
This renewal is accompanied by a major structural change: we are abandoning the stock-based approach. All of our collections are now produced exclusively on demand.
Thanks to our collaboration with Stanley/Stella , a Belgian manufacturer renowned for its exemplary and pioneering ecological and social approach, we have adopted the print-on-demand model. In concrete terms, we have a stock of plain t-shirts already manufactured that we only print after your orders, here in France.
This choice is not insignificant: it frees us from the constraints of mass production, allows us to control our volumes, and guarantees that each garment manufactured corresponds to a real intention , without overstock or waste.
This agile model does not sacrifice the shipping time of your orders or the quality of our items.

A balance between aesthetics and awareness
We promise neither perfection nor miracles. But we make a clear choice: Produce less, but produce accurately. Create less, but create better. Offer a wardrobe that sacrifices neither form nor substance.
COMMUNE DE PARIS and OUI FUTUR share the same backbone: independence, sincerity, and the desire for a fashion that is no longer a headlong rush. A fashion that is written in the present, with lucidity, critical thinking, and pleasure.
We don't make promises about the perfect garment. It doesn't exist. What we offer are thoughtfully designed collections, carefully produced, and driven by a free style.
This manifesto is not a statement of intent: it is the roadmap for our commitment. Together, COMMUNE DE PARIS and OUI FUTUR aim to invent a realistic, independent, and conscious model. A way of living in our time differently. A fashion that is no longer a headlong rush but one that is written in the present, with lucidity, critical thinking, and pleasure.
