Standard delivery is free for all orders over €90 for mainland France, €150 for Europe.

Please note that any taxes and customs fees incurred outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the buyer.

These delivery times are provided to us by our partners. They are provided for informational purposes only. During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than those indicated. If you order items for delivery outside of Europe, the package may be opened and inspected by customs authorities. Import taxes and customs fees may be payable upon receipt of the order.
You will be responsible for these import fees. Please note that we have no control over these taxes and cannot accurately predict their amounts.
In case of return of one or more item(s), we will not cover the refund of import taxes.

If you are not satisfied with one or more products upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to notify the Returns Service by email ( sav@communedeparis.fr ) indicating your order number.

You can exchange or request a refund for your order, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging, unworn and accompanied by their invoice.

We will send you a prepaid return slip by email. All you need to do is print it out and drop off the package at a drop-off point near you (details will be sent to you by email).

- In case of exchange , we cover all transport costs (return and reshipping).
- In the case of a simple return (without exchange) , we cover the return costs, but the initial shipping costs are not refunded (minimum €5.90).

In the event of a refund request , www.communedeparis.fr will reimburse you the amount equivalent to the returned items within 10 days or less following the date of receipt of the returned package.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you. No cash on delivery returns will be accepted.
